New West Services is a facilities management company that helps companies assemble a team of professionals to relocate your business.  We will assist in the selection of the top broker in the area that specializes in your particular business.  After selecting your broker we work with that broker to complete a market study to determine the best location for you to relocate and find the most compatible, cost effective building in that location.  We then assist the broker with building system inspections and construction type reviews.  We work with the architect to design the most efficient space plan.  We then work with the contractor of record to value engineer the tenant improvements to make sure that our client is getting the most out of their tenant improvement dollar.  We then assist our client in finding the right mover, printer, security installer, and furniture partition vendor.  We solicit bids from these vendors and then assist in selecting the right vendor.  We coordinate and schedule these vendors until your relocation is complete.  We then return to your old premises and oversee the final cleaning and walk-through with the Landlord’s representative to make sure you get maximum return of your security deposit.
